Patrick Baynham represents a variety of underwriters and assureds in maritime and general casualty matters. A practicing attorney since 1985, his experience includes personal injury and death cases as well as collision and insurance coverage disputes. He earned is Juris Doctor degree at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, where he was a Moot Court Board associate justice, winner of the Senior Trial Competition, and member of the National Appellate Competition National Finalist Team and International Law Competition National Championship Team. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Dallas. Mr. Baynham is a member of the American, Federal and Louisiana Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in all Louisiana federal and state courts and all Texas state courts.
